Droppa is a delivery logistics app aimed at helping online vendors streamline their delivery operations. The platform connects vendors to a network of drivers and couriers, ensuring that goods are efficiently delivered to customers.
This case study focuses on the design and development of the vendor interface, the core tool through which vendors can manage their deliveries, track shipments, and communicate with drivers.
The goal is to create an intuitive, user-friendly interface that reduces the friction involved in logistics and delivery management for small and medium-sized online businesses.

These vendors often work solo or with small teams and need an easy solution to manage their delivery needs without relying on larger, more complex delivery logistics systems.
